I have the same problem with the "Find & Replace" dialog and Fvwm. I have two OpenOffice document windows side by side, and I open a "Find & Replace" dialog, which appears above the second document window. As this dialog gets the focus, I can type something. But now assume that I want to click on some button of the dialog with the mouse. To reach the dialog, the mouse pointer must pass over the second document window. As I use FocusFollowsMouse, this window gets the focus and the "Find & Replace" dialog disappears below it. As a consequence, I can't click on a button with the mouse (I need to use the keyboard).
