I have to reaffirm that I used an iterative approach to install each of these to get rid of all warnings and have the main interface appear. I'm afraid that all dependencies listed above seem necessary, maybe you had the others for other reasons already? What is weird to me, though, is that qml-module-qtquick-controls (so version 1) does depend on most of these, whereas qml-module-qtquick- controls2 does not.
