I'm sorry, but we're working to release newer upstream version CUPS 1.2. CUPS 1.2 changes drastic its internationalization strucuture. If you've still a motivation, could you check: http://www.cups.org/documentation.php/translation.html and send a production to bug tracking system of upstream?
