Dear Maintainer,

gitlab-runner 13.3.1 produces the next following error when trying to
connect from a CI job:

30 21:10:48 release gitlab-runner[602]: WARNING: Job failed: Error
response from daemon: pull access denied for gitlab-runner-helper,
repository does not exist or may require 'docker login': denied:
requested access to the resource is denied (docker.go:136:1s)
duration=1.319235633s job=766233959 project=9914400 runner=tiPjuGyq

Updating the package to 13.4.1 solves the problem.
