That's an unfair characterisation of the issue. There is a workaround for
upgrading, and you can always just recreate the chroot (they *should* be
expendable), it only affects *upgrades* of old chroots through the ncurses
upgrade in question and won't be a problem until the next one (which I would
imagine is a way away given this code has been around for several years now and
this is the first time the issue has occurred). But nonetheless I am preparing
an upload.
