kannel-sqlbox builds a binary package that Depends on libsqlite0. This
is sqlite 2, which was superseded in 2004 and is planned to be removed
(see #607969), and nothing in Debian seems to depend on it. Please remove
the sqlite 2 dependency, leaving only sqlite 3 support.
If I'm understanding the build system correctly, it might be possible
to fix this with a binNMU, since kannel dropped support for sqlite 2
in January, and kannel-sqlbox picks up its sqlite 2 and/or 3 support
from kannel. However, kannel-sqlbox needs source changes anyway to
address a FTBFS with gcc 10 (#957397).
This bug is currently non-RC, but is very likely to become RC soon.
