Package: vorbis-tools Version: 1.0.1-1.5 Followup-For: Bug #333442 I sent a report for the bug #333437 that points exactly the same problem, that is : when used with a quality setting, constrained bitrates want b/s instead of kb/s, which make oggenc's behaviour unpredictable. Sometimes it works with the correct quality and the minimum bitrate (which has no consequence, since it can be approximated to zero), so it is possible that the actual bitrate stands between the wanted minimum and maximum bitrates, sometimes it works with the (incorrect) max bitrate, leading eventually to small files with bitrates smaller than 225b/s for example. That makes them unreadable, of course.
You'll find an example in my report for #333437. So, if I am correct, both bugs are just the same one bug.
