Package: bugs.debian.org Severity: wishlist http://www.debian.org/Bugs/ (right at the end) allows you to obtain a listing of maintainers and submitters and how many bugs they have filed. You can also sort this listing. However, you cannot restrict it nor show it in a different sorting order; that is, you cannot e.g. show the 20 top submitters.
