django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: Requested setting INSTALLED_APPS, but settings are not configured. You must either define the environment variable DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE or call settings.configure() before accessing settings.
I see the same failure in a pure unstable chroot without any packages from testing. Could you please take a look? This is blocking openldap from migrating to testing. (https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=openldap) Thank you, Ryan
