OpenSSL is considered a system library now: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=924937#105 This enables building sogo/sope legally with OpenSSL instead of GnuTLS so that the issue can be addressed without patch on buster. A newer version should be packaged for sid nevertheless.
