I’d very much like to re-enable CONFIG_MESH, but from the short period of time it was enabled (commit 13c1149 from 2018-12-03 to commit 4d7476e from 2019-01-22) I’ve got reports it completely broke connectivity on certain drivers. I had to disable it and some other features because of that. We’re now quite close to the freeze, so I would not dare re-enabling it again: I did something like that before the last release freeze and paid for that by two months of bug triaging and testing all sorts of patches. I can, however, re-enable this feature when I upload a new upstream snapshot to experimental. -- Cheers, Andrej
