Because I don't think diaspora will be ready for bullseye (may be in
bullseye-backports or bullseye-fasttrack), since it does not work with
rails 6, so there is no incentive to fix ruby-diaspora-federation for
bullseye. I don't think there is any point to delay ruby-faraday 1.0
migration for a package that is not really needed in bullseye.
Are you saying we should not be proactively helping packages to migrate
to testing?
