I also encountered this issue after upgrading from Cura 4.6.x, and there seems to been some related discussion on related to this issue on Cura's issue tracker: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/issues/8820 If I understand the output I get in console as well as the linked GH issue correctly there is some mismatched dependencies and cura packages. Example output of mismatch: [MainThread] UM.PluginRegistry.loadPlugin [474]: Plugin [STLReader] with supported sdk versions [['7.4.0']] is incompatible with the current sdk version [7.3.0]. Later on in the output when I the setup where I expected to see local printers to add (dropdown), I noticed this output: [MainThread] UM.Qt.QtApplication.__onQmlWarning [406]: file:///usr/share/cura/resources/qml/WelcomePages/AddLocalPrinterScrollView.qml:213:17: Unable to assign [un ndefined] to QString n [MainThread] UM.Qt.QtApplication.__onQmlWarning [406]: file:///usr/share/cura/resources/qml/WelcomePages/AddLocalPrinterScrollView.qml:237:21: Unable to assign [un ndefined] to QString n [MainThread] UM.Qt.QtApplication.__onQmlWarning [406]: file:///usr/share/cura/resources/qml/WelcomePages/AddLocalPrinterScrollView.qml:254:21: Unable to assign [un ndefined] to QString Hope this helps, - Avraham -- Avraham Lembke http://blambi.chebab.com/
