I'm experiencing the same problem. The problem is missing audio-spice.so file. It's in qemu-system-gui, so installing this fixes the problem.
According to https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/qemu-devel/2020-12/msg04335.html all files *spice*.so and hw-display-qxl.so should be together in the same package.
