Bug#977551: missing test dependency on gprbuild-doc

This was causes by

  * Upstream removes invariant sections from GFDL-1.3+.
    Add a Debian -doc package for the user guide and move examples there.

so a dependency of the examples test on gprbuild-doc should fix this.
