Package: bup Version: 0.31-2+b1 Severity: normal Tags: upstream Dear Maintainer,
kup-backup fails to restore files due to a bup error (TypeError: can't concat str to bytes). I guess that kup-backup runs bup in verbose mode. I've tested the modification proposed in https://github.com/bup/bup/pull/60 which fixes the problem. Could you patch bup to fix this issue before incoming freeze ?
