Looks like maybe Proxy SwitchyOmega (which is thankfully open source). Things had been going fine under the debugger for hours with no extensions, and then I got a crash (attached) within minutes of enabling it. Unfortunately, I need this extension enabled in order to access client network websites behind a proxy server behind a VPN.
