Since you're not periodically working on the package, have you
considered dropping yourself from Uploaders?  Evgeni are you ok with
being the only Maintainer?  If you're looking for more active
comaintenance, these days it seems like teams are more active than the
debian/old-collab-maint group.

It looks like v2.15 was closer to release than expected, and appears to
have been released since this bug was closed.  Oh, and regarding
salvaging, the clock was reset by the 2.14 upload, so no need to worry
about that :-)
