I do not have such a default install.

Honestly written, I am not really interested to even check at the 
moment. I do not have a default install meanwhile anyway (runit + 
elogind instead of systemd).

Maybe the original reporter likes to test or maybe some of the other 
ones who posted.

From my side I do not even care about this bug anymore, as I use FAT 32 
quite rarely these days. And when I do I do not care about the two hour 
difference. I am okay with closing the bug. But I don't know about the 
original reporter or the other ones who commented.
