Control: reassign -1 mime-support

Hi Martin,
thanks for the checks,
the above commands show that the obsolete conffiles belong to
mime-support, not to media-types as you reported initially.
I am checking on debian-mentors if the fact that mime-support still
declares obsolete conffiles is a bug or not, and will update the package
or close the bug accordingly.
