I just made a clean install in a new vm from 10.7 netinst, then did a dist-upgrade, and once again, keyboard input is not being recognized.
This may be a release-critical issue? My host system is Ubuntu 18.04 running Xen 4.9.2, and I'm using vnc to access the virtual console.
