mdtraj appears to FTBFS when trying to migrate jupyter-client 6.1.6 -> 6.1.11 The failure is trying to build the example notebook examples/nmr.ipynb; it appears to fail trying to find an external dependency (sparta) which as far as I can tell was never installed for autopkgtests. I'm not quite sure why this regression is visible at this point, since I can't see why this test would have succeeded before.
