Thanks for the CC. I'm currently finalising some unrelated work so if all goes according to plan I'll have the Debian packaging updated before the end of the month. Still some uncertainty with handling the uploads though. The patch you found should indeed fix FTBFS, there have been no other changes for compatibility since Breathe 4.24.0.
