The package twig-extensions is not used anymore by phpMyAdmin since phpMyAdmin 5.0 entered testing, unstable and buster-backports. Please remove the package "twig-extensions" from all Debian places: unstable, testing, buster-backports. The package was abandoned upstream: https://github.com/twigphp/Twig-extensions#readme We also abandon it in favor of the package twig-i18n-extension. See #980096 for the RC bug.
