Package: manpages-fr Version: 1.67.0-5 Severity: normal Hello,
I just remarked that the -L argument of xargs is not documented in the french xargs(1) manpage. After some work the arguments that are _not_ documented in the french translation are: [--arg-file=file] [-d delimiter] [--delimiter delimiter] [-E eof-str] [-I replace-str] [-L max-lines] I don't know what to do when the translation is not up-to-date: - display the translation (as it is now)? - ignore the translation and display the english version instead? - display the translation but print a big warning that it is not up-to-date? A good solution may be to use po files to automate translations and to at least have the english version when a french paragraph (or whate ever is the elementary string for po) is not up-to-date. But I leave the task to design such a system to translation experts :-) Bye, -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (90, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.16-1-686 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=UTF-8) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
