dh-r injects versioned dependencies if this is specified in the
DESCRIPTION file of an r-* package. If this is not specified we
need to add this manually (which I can do - but for sure the
automatic solution would be more convenient.

An error would be safer to make sure its not overlooked. I have no
insight how sensible this is from an R maintainers perspective.
