We expect at least the Maintainer and Upstream-mirror values to be filled in, and your tracefile is missing one or both of them. o The tracefile http://mirror.misakamikoto.network/debian/project/trace/mirror.misakamikoto.network suggests that you are not using ftpsync. Please use our ftpsync script to mirror Debian.
