if at all possible, please use the following bug trackers for LTSP, for
any distribution or version:

For discussions: https://github.com/ltsp/ltsp/discussions
For example, I assume that the problem in this case is that you manually
edited your /etc/passwd or /etc/group at some point, and now they're
invalid.
You may use `pwck` and `grpck` to locate the errors and fix them.
On github, we could easily move this issue into discussions, but we
can't do that here.
Distribution bug trackers should still be used for distro-specific tasks
though, such as managing backports or notifying about broken
dependencies etc.
