libevdev participates in dependency loops relevant to architecture
bootstrap. Instead of looking into such a difficult problem, I looked
for easily droppable dependencies. Unsurprisingly, check is only used
for testing and can be annotated <!nocheck>. Please consider applying
the attached patch.
