It's great that /usr/bin/man can Do The Right Thing™ when a manpage is
requested for a subcommand like "man git tag".

Some utilities these days have sub-subcommands, though, with manpages to
match, and man doesn't handle those as well as it could.

A good example of this is "sq", the Sequoia OpenPGP implementation,
which has sub-subcommands like "sq packet dump" and also ships a
manpage at /usr/share/man/man1/sq-packet-dump.1.gz

But, if i do "man sq packet dump", then I see the sq-packet.1.gz
manpage, follwed by an error message "No manual entry for dump"

It would be great to generalize man's cleverness here into
sub-subcommands as well.
