Hello Carsten, I know what you mean now, thanks for clarifying, what you're requesting is an up-to-date nmap-mac-prefixes for stable and possibly oldstable packages of nmap (since we don't package new releases in there).
Your suggestion to wget the file at install time wouldn't work as we cannot download anything from the internet at install time (or rely on the internet at all). But there might be a solution for this problem. I'm thinking about providing updates to packages in our stable/oldstable releases with the updated file.
