Package: nbd-server Version: 1:3.20-1 Followup-For: Bug #850424 By the way, the auth file accepts the "mixed" format for v6-mapped v4 addresses. So, for example, 192.168.1.23 can be entered as ::ffff:192.168.1.23 instead of having to work out the hex bytes.
But don't forget that if you specify a mask length (e.g. /20) you need to add 96 to it when entering it in the v6-mapped format. I have a patch to fix the problem and allow IPv4 addresses to 'just work' which I plan to submit to upstream. -- System Information: Debian Release: bullseye/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (900, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.9.0-3-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads) Locale: LANG=en_IE.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_IE.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_IE.utf8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages nbd-server depends on: ii adduser 3.118 ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.74 ii libc6 2.31-4 ii libglib2.0-0 2.62.3-1 ii libgnutls30 3.7.0-5 ii ucf 3.0043 nbd-server recommends no packages. nbd-server suggests no packages. -- debconf-show failed
