ataqv cannot be cross built from source, becuase its transitive
dependency on node-d3-array cannot be satisfied. In general,
Architecture: all packages can never satisfy cross Build-Depends unless
marked Multi-Arch: foreign or annotated :native. In this case, the
foreign marking is reasonable, because node-d3-array is a pure
javascript library that entirely lacks maintainer scripts and has all of
its dependencies annotated Multi-Arch: foreign. Please consider applying
the attached patch.
