Hi Ivo,

thanks for the testing.

I split the test into two - simpletest and validation, marked the
validation test as flaky and then I also added a simple repetition around
the validation command to allow `named` to bootstrap the validation chain
first and only fail if the `dig` fails for 10th time.

This should fix the autopkgtest for now. Any test that requires DNS is
flaky by definition.
