Configuring a non-system document root and accessing via a non-default port is
not documented.

In principle, changing the document root as the last element of the inetd.conf
entry should work, except that on hosts running systemd, that line is ignored,
since systemd launches the binary via /lib/systemd/system/micro-httpd.socket
instead.

Changing the port by editing /lib/systemd/system/micro-httpd.socket seems to
work, but there's no indication of where to put the argument for a non-default
document root.

Basically, this package really needs better documentation overall.
