This looks correct to me - what is libc6-2.3.2.ds1?  It seems
to me that you have that installed (maybe held?) rather than
an official, valid libc6?  I expect if you upgrade this "ds1"
libc to a more recent version (is this in the archive?), the
problem goes away...?  If so, its not an acl problem AFAICT.
