Bug#983290: Acknowledgement (worklog: summary prints 0.0 even when no work done)

I see that this bug was introduced when adding code that I requested 
previously, so it must have just had a patch applied incorrectly or 
something, so I'm now more confident that my patch exactly fixes the issue 
- I was previously trying to figure out if you were trying to change 
behavior.  :)

P.S. thanks for taking over the package - I see the other stuff you've 
fixed, it's great to have someone else working on it!
