cupt cannot be cross built from source, because its Build-Depends are
not satisfiable. Instead of looking into such a difficult problem, I
looked for easily droppable dependencies and noticed that debian/control
already partitions its build dependencies into functional categories via
source code comments. All that is missing here is annotating the already
separated test dependencies <!nocheck>. Please consider applying the
attached patch.
