Bug#985969: libvirt: Build with libssh

Using SSH keyfile authentication with libssh2 will fail for most file 
formats because libssh2 is built with gcrypt instead of OpenSSL (see 
#668271). As long as that is not resolved, please build with libssh 
instead, which has an OpenSSL version in Debian.
