Hi, during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships (or creates) a broken symlink. >From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...): 2m22.3s ERROR: FAIL: Broken symlinks: /usr/lib/R/site-library/Rhdf5lib/include -> ../../../../include/hdf5/serial (r-bioc-rhdf5lib) Is r-bioc-rhdf5lib missing a Depends/Recommends/Suggests: libhdf5-dev ? cheers, Andreas
