Hi. Upgrading libc6_2.31-8 -> libc6_2.31-10 fails. The output from apt-get dist-upgrade is included below. I noticed a fix for Bug#984533 is included in this release. I don't know if that is related. I had neither dialog nor whiptail installed. I tried upgrading again after installing dialog, but still got the exit status 10.
