librpcsecgss was a library written by the NFS4 on Linux project. It is however, now unused in Debian, and the current upstream NFS4 (userland) implementation also does not need/ship it anymore. Therefore it will also not be reintroduced when updating Debians NFS code. The library is currently orphaned, has no r-deps, and has not seen an upload since 2012. Please remove it. Chris
