Package: gvm Version: 20.8.0.2 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
The GVM platform version 20.8.0.2 does contain a bug which makes the platform unusable : https://github.com/Atomicorp/gvm/issues/48 Basically you cannot set up the cert data, rendering the whole package unusable. The GVM daemon attempts to download split data, fails to parse it, reattempts again until /tmp is full and then fails. The fix has been done in GVM 20.8.1, could you please update GVM ? https://github.com/greenbone/gvmd/releases/tag/v20.8.1 *** End of the template - remove these template lines *** -- System Information: Debian Release: bullseye/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.10.0-5-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU threads) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages gvm depends on: ii gvmd 20.8.0+git20201111-2 ii openvas-scanner 20.8.0-2 ii ospd-openvas 20.8.0-1 ii psmisc 23.4-2 ii rsync 3.2.3-4 ii xsltproc 1.1.34-4 Versions of packages gvm recommends: ii greenbone-security-assistant 20.8.0-2 ii gvm-tools 21.1.0-1 gvm suggests no packages.
