This breaks LLVM OpenMP libomptarget AMDGPU offloading pluging build, https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/bdd1ad5e5c57ae0f0bf899517c540ad8a679f01a/openmp/libomptarget/plugins/amdgpu/CMakeLists.txt#L16-L21 It would be really good for that to work out-of-the-box on Debian. It is possible that is because the libhsa version in Debian is too old, 3.3.0 instead of 3.7.0+.
