Alas, it fails tests -- then continues to build the package 
successfully:


---> ERROR Required executable "bowtie2" or "bowtie2-build" not found.
---> See http://bowtie-bio.sourceforge.net/bowtie2
---> ERROR Required executable "R" not found.
---> See http://www.r-project.org

So I've updated the package including R and bowtie2 as deps, could you 
re-retry/review?
