libsepol will soon bump its soname and the -dev package will also be renamed, so dmraid will requires a sourcefull upload and this issue this is becoming a little bit more pressing.

I'm bumping the severity to important now, and will make it RC when the new version of libsepol is in unstable (after Bullseye release)
