Dear Ritesh, I tried to reproduce the bug you are describing, without success.
My attempt to reproduce the bug was: - From a terminal, I type "falkon", then Enter key - Falkon is launched and it gets the focus. My desktop software is currently LXDE, version 10; the terminal is gnome-terminal. When I do the same with x-www-browser, Falkon's window gets the focus too. Which desktop manager are you using?
