This also makes updated version unavailable for Ubuntu. Unstable is under release freeze so it can't be updated until after the release. It will be updated immediately after the release is done. If you want a newer version for Ubuntu, it might be possible to request that via Ubuntu's bug tracker but I don't know what is the policy on that.
