Package: trash-cli
Version: 0.17.1.14-5

The trash-cli packages uses a four years old sources (0.17.1.14-5).
The latest version of trash-cli is 0.21.5.11.

The new versions uses the 'psutils' python package as a runtime dependency
and does not require anymore the '02_fs_encodingtype' patch (
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/trash-cli/-/blob/master/debian/patches/02_fs_encodingtype.patch
)
Also the a21b80d1e69783bb09376c3f60dd2f2a10578805.patch is no more needed.

I've seen in https://salsa.debian.org/debian/trash-cli that I can also send
a Merge Request, I could try do it by myself but I don't know yet how
importing from sources from upstream works and which check I've to do after
the source code modifications to check the packages.

Thank you
