severity 636459 grave thanks Hi
this bug breaks unrelated software in hard to determine ways: Using systemd and "PrivateTmp" with a long running process, have an app use its /tmp (which privatetmp maps to /tmp/systemd-private-$SOMETHING - and suddenly the files disappear. Thanks to this bug, that is, just reproduced here, unfortunately.
While there can be an argument about files in /tmp being important, when something is set to protected (and systemd dirs are!), they should be protected (and the contents of the dirs arent, due to this)
